so,
On september 8 of the year 2005 I said Goodbye to my old profession,together with my collegue Cees.
I decided to become an Artist,and Cees decided to become a Sailer.The Hospital was so kind to offer us a farewell reception.Because I had not been working for the past 1.5 year,it was like digging up an old dead body that had been burried for the last 1.5 years of which even the smell had gone ;-)
.People felt the need to say a lotta good things about him,knowing that he will finally be reburried in 2 hours time.It was moving and at the same time amusing to study this proces.It was good to hear that I was able to keep my privacy throughout the 15 years I worked there.I won't miss the few special friend I had,because these I will continue to see.I had missed my work as a anesthesiologist for the first few months,but found out (with the help of my psychologist and shrink),that there is soo much more out there than I already knew.....Boy,now life will be busy......

Life is a long journey through a wonderful and mysterious path...
but "only those who risk going too far can possibly find how far they can go".
