TS Rigging’s plant and a MEWP From Nationwide Platforms mobilised to Shotley Gate for UHP Blasting of the steel mast section of HMS Ganges. The replacement UHP blaster from Powerjet is performing well, compared to the old machine it’s performance and reliability makes such a difference. All the spars are nearing completion and half the rigging is complete, the team will be on site making up the rest of the shrouds over the next month for Wavensmere Homes to be able to have the main elements of the mast up for the first of the new houses welcoming their new owners this summer.
