Thank you, Sashcha. I think your identification is probably correct. Due to construction around the garden, I couldn't get close to the tree for a closer view. The english name for Metasequoia glyptostrodoides is dawn redwood.

seems to be a Metasequoia glyptostroboides, don`t know the english name.
