I lived at 2 Bank Street for a long time before moving to 44th. Now I'm living away from the city and it's killing me. I watch your shots all the time to remind me of 'home'. This is very close to my old place (as you know). Sid Vicious died in one of the buildings on the left. (long story but I was one of the last guys to see him alive) Lennon lived on Bank Street when he first moved to NY. All facts you are well aware of I'm sure. Thanks for always keeping me informed of the old neighborhood. I believe I have asked you this before but remember when that nice garden was at 7th and greenich? I used to look out at it every day until St. Vincents bought the property. I often wonder what ever happened to the guy who worked so hard to keep it nice for all of us to enjoy?
