That's the new business and financial center in Jersey City, just south of Hoboken, on the west bank of the Hudson River. There's a dedicated ferry service between Jersey City and the World Financial Center in NYC mainly to serve these business communities.
A nice view. Looks like NewArk or somewhat south in Elizabeth, the Union County in New Jersey. Just wonder what's that high building that grows up there. So many things change when you have not been on a place for a long time, but we know that N.Y, changes every day.
