I think it's a cryptic message for insider NYU alumni and students who are deeply in debt with student loans that can't be paid, due to no living wage jobs, high interest rates and no prospect to have the loans forgiven as the banksters and Wall Streeters had their debts forgiven. They feel "screwed" by the NYU Administration for their life prospects and are acting it out to avoid very deep depression. At least, that's the way I read the message. Thank you for your comment.
