Will NYU Destroy This Habitat?

Washington Square Village Gardens - Greenwich Village NYC

Sasaki Garden - Question Mark or Polygonia interrogationis Butterfly on a Dogwood Tree Blossom
The NYU2031 deconstruction/construction plan will destroy this habitat and several other gardens and park strips. The deconstruction began last fall in the Sasaki Garden with the removal of about 40 rose bushes. Many more bushes and trees have died and have not been replaced due to neglect and/or the initiation of the NYU2031 Plan without NYC approval last fall.
