Extensive park renovations are still going on. A large portion of the park still remains fenced off.
The chain link fence in front of the arch was removed for the Christmas tree. Renovations are not scheduled to be completed for another year or so.
The northwest section looks nearly complete and may be opened soon. There is still quite a bit of work to do around the fountain, especially on the south side.
