8.5X6.5 inch film size may sound odd to a lot of people, and there are only handfuls of people in the whole world still using this format.

For me, the reason I choose this format because I really like the contact print it makes. Not to big, not too small, and has the width/length ratio that I like. The camera is just a little bit bigger than a 5X7 camera. I tried to carry the camera with two lens and 2 film holders not long after I got it, felt very comfortable. I believe I can hike with this camera which is what I intend to do in the future.
