This is by far the hardest hike I ever took. After 6 miles of hiking in the snow, my left knee felt pain every step, I couldn’t continue. Lucky for me, my hiking partners were very nice to me, they companied me to the shortest way out of the woods, they even offered to carry my pack, and gave me one more hiking pole for support. Finally, by the help of a very nice gentleman from Manhattan, we were able to get a ride to where we park our cars.
It's a painful experience for me, but I realized how lucky for me that I can have those people as my hiking partners, and I learned from them a lot.
