Fish jumping and thistle seed

I was trying to capture the thisle seed that had just landed on the water and had a nice reflection of itself. As I pressed the shutter the fish in the background jumped.

Canon EOS 30D ,Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM
1/500s f/2.8 at 200.0mm iso320 full exif
