A fellow popped into our shop and said "I need something eye-catching for seating reservations at my wedding this weekend! What can you do in a hurry? The hole held a champagne cork with a slit in the top that held the reserved card. Sort of a new turn on "engine turning" pattern was done with the same end mill that all of the rest of the part was machined with except the script box and engraving.
These pieces are made out of four inch diameter aluminum one inch thick.
