Impressions from the old general cemetary in Deventer, where the last grave was dug in 1918. Currently it is a national monument left to nature. Removing moss and other vegetation is strictly forbidden. Only a few paths are maintained. It is a very secluded and tranquil area in the middle of town.

What I like in this series, besides the sure technical quality of the images and their good composition, is the mood, with conveys a feeling of peace and meditation, nothing gloomy.
