This image was taken in part of the Twickenham Rowing Club boathouse lit by fluorescent tubes, after it had become completely dark outside. The room has are no curtains, rather obviously! There are three fluorescent settings in my camera and the other two produced even less realistic colours than this. There are various pure whites in the scene, notably the borders of the photos on the wall and the eye-drop tool shows just how wrongly white is represented. On the other hand the scene is very much how it appears at night to an uncalibrated human observer.
