Thank you, Peter and Herbert, for your comments. I agree, Peter, about the aperture settings. However, I didn't have my tripod and lighting was alraady giving me a problem. I had hip replacement surgery recently, and I am not as steady yet--with or without using the tripod--as I wanted to be for this shot.
