Solo, an icon of Turnbull NWR, has lived there for at least 33 years, 31 years alone. 2 years ago a female was captured at Red Rocks NWR and released at Turnbull. She and Solo are now a mated pair. This is their second brood. The cygnets are 2 days old in this photo.
