The camera itself is the third D50 I've owned and is superb condition...flawless and with fewer than 8800 clicks when counted a few weeks ago. The lens is a new kit lens I bought on FM, and while I have an older cap on it (swapped with my 50mm F/1.4d) it is a brand new lens.

The VR feature means that even the beginning photographer can get clear low-light shots, obviating the need for a fast lens. Of course, when additional lenses are desired the cameras built-in motor makes the entire range of older, bargain-priced AF lenses available.

The camera comes with 3GB worth of SD cards, two good batteries (one Nikon, one third-party0, a nifty portable battery charger (much more convenient than Nikon's own), a Tiffen haze filter (shown on lens), and a Nikon D50 manual. No strap or usb or software included. If desired, I will include a Nikon shoulder bag that will hold the camera and lens, plus other lenses and accessories.

I'm asking $325 for the set, including PP and Shipping (Conus Only) charges. I think it is ab excekkebt price for equipment that is virtually brand new.
