Another year of the wonderful Octoberfest Meme that we run on the Nikon Cafe every year. Last year my software went out at the beginning and I had to drop out. So I'm especially looking forward to this year.

Once again the goal of the meme is to post a photo a day, taken with one (hardcore) or two (player) single focal length prime lenses. This year I've chosen to use Nikon's classic 35mm/2 AIS and 135mm/2 manual focus lenses. It is again a pleasure to use these lenses after having undergone cataract surgery and having my eye lenses replaced.

Again this year we also have a "bucket" wherein we can place alternative shots that we like other than what we place in the meme.
