Teenage louts sought after Phnom Penh stoning leaves woman seriously injured

Police are urgently seeking a group of around 10 motorcycle ruffians, who seriously injured a woman by throwing rocks at her car in Phnom Penh.

This incident happened on the afternoon of April 12, 2024 in Sangkat Samrong Krom, Khan Por Senchey, Phnom Penh.

A group of unidentified people, about 10 people on 7 motorbikes, threw rocks at 3 cars injuring 3 people – including one women who was seriously injured in the face.

After the incident, the suspects fled on a motorcycle.

Police have launched a manhunt for them.
