Scott Lashier is a Marine Corps officer and the commander responsible for leading the team of 29 Marines and sailors who traveled to Pohnpei to help provide medical and logistics assistance to island officials hosting 3,000 guests and athletes at the 5th Micronesia Games. He was very serious about completing the mission and ensuring that the men and women who were assigned to the team completed their duties with honor and a high degree of professionalism.
