THEISS FAMILY HISTORICAL PHOTOGRAPHS

Our genealogical line of the Theiss family starts with Johannes Theiss the Younger, (ca.1750-1806). Since there was a Johannes The Younger, logic dictates the existance of a Johannes The Older but I haven't found him yet so he doesn't count. In August of1837, Johannes's grandson Adam and his wife Anna, along with their four unmarried children, left for America. The youngest was Otto, age 10 (my Great Grandfather). His wedding photo with his second wife (there were two more wives later) starts this photo history.

Hi,
I'm Olaf Theiß (or Theiss) from Germany. I think it could be that we got the same ancestors.But all of my ancestors lives in Prussia. Yours too?
