Henry, great airshow gallery, saw the snowbirds many times. One of the best I feel. In fact we had two members from Wetaskiwin on the snowbirds. One of them, Gordon Wallace was the leader of team. You have taken so many outstanding photos here. Hard to pick a best. I was at the Abbotsford airshow about five years ago..Went both days..just great. Thanks for sharing, Your site is alway interesting..Take care...Ron

Very good pictures... it's very difficult to get plane shots with the right focus and balanced exposure, but I think you had a pretty good lens though ;)

I haven't been to a good air show in a long time, thanks for the pictures! I remember a long time ago seeing an Avro Vulcan flyover at Abbotsford; talk about rattling your teeth loose!

Wow these are some amazing shots. I can see such detail in them. WHat lens did you use. Was it a prime 400mm or a zoom of some sort?
