How I remember this place, on June 18, 2021.
In the cemetery there were many gravestones that had tipped over and were broken.
It gave me a kind of feeling like "served your country, and died in another country, far from home, got buried and in the end  ..... totally forgotten".
And then, after almost one hundred years, your burial place got visited by some unknowing Dutch tourist, who brought you somewhat back from oblivion.
Sad, but true.
Life might not be forgiving, but death sure is.
