What draws the line between happy and unhappy,
what makes up our feelings most, do you know?
There must be a difference between dogs and humans here.
Humans seem to depend on whatever is cooking inside their heads.
Dogs get their kicks from what the situation offers.

Me? Just give me some space. A beach is fine. Throw in a bit of of water.
Sunshine would be nice. The sounds that seagulls make would help too. And a cookie.
Take off my leash. Tell me I’m free to go. Trust me. That’s really all I need.
