Rush-hour traffic flows on the West Side Highway in New York City's Financial District just before 5:30 p.m. on a
weeknight. On the left are the buildings of the World Financial Center. The streak in the sky is a plane that flew
just north of the city during the exposure. This image was taken looking north through a window on the 35th
