A mouthful of worms

Westerville, Ohio view map

An American Robin holds a worm in its beak while sitting on a tree
in Sharon Woods Metro Park near Columbus, Ohio. The robin was deep
in the forest, where the canopy blocked much of the morning sun.
I had to use ISO3200 and a 1/80th of a second shutter speed to get
this shot. Additional bird images are in my Animals gallery.

Excellent details .... that certainly is a mouthful. Well done considering the light conditions.
