A spire rises above the church at Strahov Monastery in Prague, Czech Republic.
The monastery was founded in 1142 and for the last 600 years master brewers
have crafted beer at the monstery. In 2000, Saint Norbert craft brewer began
making beer at the monastery that is marketed to the public.
