Kecskemét: Treasure on Hungary's Great Plain

Kecskemét is simply an enchanting city, dating back to 1368. We had visited here a year ago in bitterly cold and dark weather but had part of a day to spare recently so decided to go back to see it in sunlight and mild temperatures. It has some wonderful Secessionist architecture, in addition to the very famous city hall, as well as myriad museums. It is also famous for its production of peach pálinka, Hungary's national drink.
