Whirling dervish

I deliberately used a very slow shutter speed to try to capture a sense of motion. It was extremely difficult to get a picture here without someone's head in the way!

I also took a few photos of this when I was there. Very difficult. I used Fuji Velvia 50. Welldone to you for getting a close up image.

I like it. It's a very dramatic motion. Of course, a really cool background without the other spectators would make it over-the-top incredible. Don't you feel you could make a study of this dancer....shooting for hours from different angles, etc. Best of luck. Daniel.

excellent motion captured. i feel giddy just looking at him spinning. :)
the guy in the bg had the right idea...using a tripod. ;)
