As I’ve mentioned before, Queenie has been devastated that Mary, the Treat Lady, isn’t going to the park these days due to the frigid temperatures and the snowcrete that has buried DC. But out on a walk on Wednesday, Andrew and Queenie ran into Mary, who was walking a rambunctious dog that was hard for her to handle. So they traded — Andrew walked the collie and Mary walked Queenie, giving her treats the entire time.
