Creative use of ‘snowcrete’

Somebody built this “fort” around a tree in Lincoln Park using blocks of ice from the heavy sleet storm that hit the District after snow fell early on Sunday morning.

‘Snowcrete’ has covered DC, posted earlier:

Maybe they can be used to keep iCE away. A very fun capture. V

See it to believe it. Honestly a creative "ice architecture", and truly an artistic shot to capture it. ~VVVVV~

A lot of effort to build this and it will be around for some time. How awful to be hemmed in with this heavy "snowcrete" and unable to get your car free.

ICE is certainly in the news these days...tough as they are, they will be undermined and eliminated by a broad sense of decency and fairness..
