Queenie the jackrabbit jumping over a pile of ice

This is a still shot from a video that Andrew took of Queenie racing down the sidewalk to see Mary, the “treat lady” of Lincoln Park. Queenie is normally pretty slow, but when she understood that they were going to Mary’s house, she started running, dragging Andrew behind her. Luckily both of them stayed on their feet because that’s ice, not snow, on the sidewalk.

Too funny!! For a moment anyway, Queenie has forgotten her dislike of snow and ice; treats trump everything! VV

Queenie is doing what foxes do, jumping in the snow to catch mice. V

Great and funny shot. Suddenly Queenie could manage the snow just fine.
