This is the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, built between 1871 and 1888 in the French Second Empire style. During the second Trump administration, the president showed a mock-up of the building painted white during a television interview. With a slate gray exterior, he considered the building ugly especially with its close proximity to the White House. Preservationists filed a lawsuit claiming potential irreversible damage and lack of proper environmental review for the landmark building. The legal battle is still continuing, although any work on the building was temporarily halted.
Part of the huge Secret Service parking lot that appeared in the previous picture can be seen at the left of this one.
