The ‘football panic’ look

As I mentioned before, Queenie for some reason hates football games, and Sundays are always a trial for all of us. This is the ears-down look we get when she wants us to turn the game off.

TV must be a something of an enigma for dogs and challenging to deal with. Queenie definitely looks unnerved here.

Awww, very expressive! She wants you to watch the game with the mute button on. V

Don't you wish she could talk? She's trying to teach us that it's only a game.

Beautiful and sweet portrait of Queenie. V

Maybe she thinks the players are getting hurt. My son's dog barks at anything on the TV that looks like danger. She probably wouldn't like football either!

Maybe she feels ignored when football is on, poor girl, now I feel sorry for her.

Staring at nothing. A silent protest. ~VVV~

I wonder if she was somehow abused in her former home to now have strong adverse feelings towards a tv show. Is it only football games that upset her? Have you tried tranquilizers (not something I would personally reach for) or a ThunderShirt? If she gets so upset, she needs your help.
