We finally were able to return to Constitution Gardens on the National Mall since the heat and humidity have eased off for a few days. For some odd reason, the only birds there, except for a very few mallards, were Canada geese. I’m not sure where all the other ducks, great blue herons and cormorants have gone, but I hope they come back in the future.
