We saw a lot of sheep during our week in New Zealand!

They do a sheep shearing demo at the historic woolen mill about a half hour or so from us. It's very interesting to see; as have been the various demos I've seen in New Zealand. However, the guys here don't look as buffed as the one in your above photo. The lamb chops in New Zealand are also the best in the world. Love the posters in your photo for the lamb.
