St. Mark’s Basilica

Tim said there was fencing everywhere for reasons unknown, and despite the scaffolding on the church, I thought it looked beautiful in the setting sun.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly unsharp.

What will be Venice without works in progress :) ! As soon as they finish at one end they have to start at the other...

It seems to be a busy place. It is a beautiful capture despite the construction. V
