N(orth) Carolina is for narwhal

A few of these lamp post animals were included in the restoration society scavenger hunt, but they’re actually part of the Capitol Hill Alphabet Animal Art Project, funded by the District and executed by the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop. The artists created animals and insects to match the street names, so these narwhals are on North Carolina Avenue. I’ll probably make a separate gallery for the rest of their decorations.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly
unsharp.

Neat shot, but you probably wouldn't see a narwhal anywhere close to North Carolina.
