‘The Message,’ Andrew Funk (front)

This cherry blossom sculpture is located at the Turkey Thicket Recreation Center in Northeast DC. The message on the front says “Bring some lovin’ here today” and on the back (see below picture), “Dedicated to all the teachers who told me I’d never amount to nothin’.”
