Topkapı Palace, Istanbul

The famous Topkapı Palace (construction started 1459), main residence and administrative headquarters of the Ottoman sultans in the 15th to 16th centuries and now a museum, is one of Istanbul’s main tourist attractions. I seem to recall that this was taken from the small boutique hotel we always stayed at when visiting the city on weekends.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
