Lone flower

Seen in a neighbor’s yard. I have no idea what kind of flower it is.

Best to view in "Original" or “Auto” because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.

I'd say a hollyhock, they come in all sorts of colors, yellow, blue, red, pink etc. It's an old plant, pretty common in Europe … grows very well and everywhere, you sure got a beautiful pic helen
