Mystery flower

We went back to the US Botanic Garden, situated on the National Mall, for a quick look around now that the Christmas exhibit is over. The main court was full of these pretty plants, although I never found out what they were.

Gorgeous bright exotic looking flowers. Love the purple flower stems against the turquoise.
