For those who wanted to see some low light images

See next image for full size, unprocessed version.

I'm just going to post a number of images I took yesterday to try the Leica X2 out. Any comments, for or against, would be greatly appreciated as I haven't yet decided if this is the right camera for Saudi Arabia.

I hope to be able to finally catch up with commenting tonight; it has just proven impossible here now that I have to start work at 3 or 4 in the morning!

I like this one better of the two. It sure is sharp and clear. Good lighting and tones.
Excellent composition too.

It really seems to have a nice dynamic range. I like the geometric composition here too. V.

I only had one quick play with one and it struck me that for so small a camera, it was incredibly heavy.....but no doubt much lighter than a D800

I would love it if it wern't for that banknote in the middle; a buck(skin) would really make it!!

I don't see any noise at all, at least at this resolution. Was this a DNG to start with, and how much NR did you apply in PS?

Beautiful tones and clarity. The camera works very well at this high sensibility. V.
