Budapest's Magnificent Basilica of St. Stephen

Dedicated to Hungary's first Christian king, St. Stephen (Szent István), the Neo-Classical basilica was under construction from 1851 until 1905. It had to be demolished and reconstructed after the dome collapsed during a storm in 1868.
