Baja is a pleasant town located on the banks of the Danube in southern Hungary. We went to Baja to see our chef, who was taking part in a big cooking competition in the main square. We didn't have a lot of time, and the festival was basically over except for awarding the prizes by the time we got there, but it was fun to see the entertainment and awards ceremony as well as a few of the sights around town.
