A scrap plastic and metal trash barrel-chested "Tin Man" holds an ax and guards his field of derelict vehicles. He pushes the lower boundaries of tin-manhood. Seems like a strong wind could take out Mr. Trash Can Chest, yet he still stands more than 10 years after being discovered.
