Billy Anderson Memorial

Cape Lookout, OR

A transit tripod, bolted to the ground at a scenic overlook, serves as a memorial to surveyor Billy Anderson. It's a nice tribute to Billy to recognize his years of dedication to the County of Tillamook at such an attractive site.
