Antelope, OR

Antelope, Oregon, is a historic, sparsely populated town in Wasco County that evolved from an 1860s stagecoach stop into a sheep ranching hub before declining when bypassed by the railroad. Famous for its brief 1980s takeover by the Rajneesh movement (temporarily renamed Rajneesh), it survives today as a quiet community with preserved historic structures.
