Frankentank lies on the ground next to a set of railroad tracks, some kind of boiler, possibly from an old steam locomotive or business basement. Johab Silva claims to be the artist behind the Frankentank transformation. The tank has been turned into a supine Frankenstein's monster, floating on blue waves, dressed in what appears to be a harlequin suit. From out of a painted hole in the monster's chest, which is apparently filled with water, another, smaller Frankenstein's monster is emerging. Both wear big grins, so the transmutation evidently isn't painful.
Compared to previously posted photos of Frankentank, it is not aging particularly well.
