After the fall of Bataan Dr Brown's wife Katie Bell had no information about about what had happened to him. These are letters she wrote trying to find out about him. Included here is a letter from Dr Robert Stokes, Comander of the 73rd field hospital on Leyte and personal friend of Dr Brown, to Katie Bell telling her that he has found Dr Brown after Bilibid was liberated on Feb 4, 1945.
